Amina Babirye is a nutrition graduate with a passion for global health and social justice. She has experience in clinical nutrition, public health, policy development and community activism. Amina currently serves as Advocacy Officer for STOPAIDS, a UK-based health and human rights advocacy network working on the HIV response. In this role, Amina is responsible for developing and implementing advocacy strategies for the impact areas of ‘quality of life’ and ‘transforming aid, solidarity & development co-operation’.
