Erica Hall is Policy Manager and Strategic Advisor at World Vision UK, where she has worked since 2011. She is also Chair of the Bond Child Rights Group.
Erica leads World Vision UK’s policy work, developing the strategy and messaging to push the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development office to put children at the heart of everything they do. She regularly represents World Vision at UK and global events and conferences on child protection and gender.
Erica has spent nearly 20 years working for NGOs and the United Nations on human rights policy and programming and is a deployable civilian expert for the UK Government, and is currently working with FCDO to implement the Platform of Action Promoting the Rights and Wellbeing of Children Born of Conflict-Related Sexual Violence.
