Tim is a co-chair of the UK WASH network – a Bond group of NGOs and researchers working on water resources or drinking water, sanitation and hygiene, open to anyone in the UK on WASH and water policy and practice.
As research practice lead for Water Witness he leads the accountability for water programme, developing and supporting research in Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania and the wider region. He has worked on water, sanitation, and hygiene policy globally, particularly the SDG6 monitoring framework, and within countries in East and West Africa, focussing on monitoring and accountability.
