Justin Coleman is one of the founding trustees of the Kendleshire Kids Foundation, which is still in its impactful infancy, since the pandemic. With over 25 years of working in, around and through the Criminal Justice System, he is now the Co-Founder and COO of the Alliance of Sport in Criminal Justice. Currently working on the Levelling the Playing Field Project, which is a National Youth Justice and EDI project. He is also a Lived Experience Advisor for the Violence, Abuse and Mental Health Network (VAMHN)
