Adele has lead International Health Partners since 2017 and has been the Safeguarding lead since 2018. Adele is passionate about embedding a robust safeguarding culture within the organisation for staff and the people served through IHP’s programmes alike, advocating for better practices and continued improvement in safeguarding outcomes.
