Tina Ajuonuma is the Founder and Principal Consultant at The Better Org, an organisational development consultancy working with non-profits and social impact organisations to increase effectiveness, improve culture and maximise impact. Tina is an organisational development professional with 20 years’ experience working in Africa, Europe, and North America across the areas of diversity, equity & inclusion, culture change, strategy and planning, project management, operational design and delivery, human resources, organisational learning, and impact evaluation.
Tina holds a BA from University of Bristol University, an MA from University of Leeds, and an Executive MBA from the University of Warwick, where she secured a distinction for her research on barriers to achieving positive outcomes from Diversity and Inclusion programmes. She is an accredited Psychological Safety Index (PSI) Practitioner and holds certifications in Prince2 and PMD Pro.
