Smita Khanijow is a gender and human rights advocate working in international development for more than 18 years.
She has cross thematic experience of work with excluded & marginalised communities. Her core competence includes strategic campaigning on public policy issues, programme designing & development, networking and alliance formations etc. Currently she is working with Toybox, UK as a Programme Manager-Africa & Asia. Previously she was leading the work on Women and Work with ActionAid in India.
