Lizz Harrison has been working with partnership-based international NGOs for more than a decade. She has worked with local and national partner organisations on humanitarian response and disaster risk reduction programming including the Ebola outbreak in West Africa, Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines, and earthquake response in Nepal. Lizz also worked on the Accelerating Localisation through Partnerships consortium programme and continues to advocate for a shift in power to local and national actors; localisation. Lizz is currently Emergency Programme Manager for the Ukraine response at CAFOD.
