Léa works as Research Advisor at GISF, which is a network of over 130 international NGOs focused on improving access for crisis-affected populations through the protection of aid workers, programmes and organisations. As Research Advisor, Léa develops practical and original research, along with best practice guides to help humanitarian organisations face security risks. She also leads advocacy efforts to raise awareness on aid workers’ safety and contributes to capacity-building missions through workshops and webinars. She particularly focuses on supporting equitable partnerships between international and local organisations, NGOs’ acceptance with communities and inclusive security risk management. Léa’s previous work and research focused on conflict resolution, human rights and refugees’ resettlement. Léa holds two MSc, one in Human Rights from the LSE, London and one in International Relations from Sciences Po Lyon, France.
