Hamid Foroughi is an Associate Professor of Responsible Management at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick. Since 2019, he has also worked as a localization/ decolonization and change management consultant, collaborating with NGOs in the UK and West Africa. His research focuses on the analysis of power and politics within and between organizations, with a particular interest in historically rooted power dynamics and their legacies. His recent research explores how social change agents can confront such legacy issues and inequalities, such as the history of transatlantic slavery in the UK financial sector and colonial legacies in international aid.
