Dr Samantha Ross has over 20 years of experience in education and international development in Africa and Asia. She joined Link in 2011 and as the International Programme Director, leads on strategy development, programme implementation and safeguarding. Sam believes in improving education systems so that everyone can benefit equally from a quality and safe education. She is also a board member of Scotland’s International Development Alliance.
