Dr Paul R Kelly is an Assistant Professor/Lecturer in the Organisation Studies and Human Resource Management Group at Essex Business School, University of Essex, UK. His work focuses on global development, organisational change, and information systems. He is particularly interested in contemporary power relations between diverse stakeholders, such as NGOs, funders, and communities. Paul has published in top tier journals including Organization Studies (OS) and the Journal of the Association of Information Systems (JAIS). He is co-author of the 2024 book “Organisational Change Management: Inclusion, Collaboration and Digital Change in Practice” (SAGE), and is an honorary researcher at the Centre for Human Security and Social Change, La Trobe University, Australia.
