Having crossed paths with many inspiring leaders, who never seemed to get a look in or support, he searched for better leadership and change guidance. This led to Ordinary Leadership, his start-up, focused on removing the barriers to leadership within organisations and society. Ben firmly believes that organisations thrive when they are structured and run to encourage leadership at all levels. To achieve this, organisations need to re-think how they are set up and how they give individuals the tools to take on leadership.
