The Bond SDGs group focuses on advocacy, communications and engagement and seeks to influence the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals by the UK International Development Sector and internationally. The group also works to hold the UK government to account for its cross-Whitehall international obligations under the SDGs and to monitor the FCDO’s progress and response to the SDGs. The group also works to influence, inform and empower Bond members to implement the SDGs, and holds regular Town Hall meetings and thematic webinars to do so. The steering group often submits to relevant consultations or provides external analysis, and group members will be invited to input and feedback on these pieces of work as and when they take place. The group is open to all Bond members.
