International NGO Training and Research Centre (INTRAC)
INTRAC is a civil society support organisation founded in Oxford, UK in 1991. INTRAC works to support impactful and resilient civil society organisations (CSOs), stronger national capacity support networks, and a stronger voice for national CSOs in shaping development policy and practice in the global South. To achieve this, INTRAC undertakes consultancy work, delivers training, conducts research, and produces publications rooted in practical experience.
INTRAC provides a range of consultancy services with a strong emphasis on and experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) and organisational development (OD). Our consultancy is delivered both by staff and by a network of consultants with varied experiences and based in contexts around the world. We frequently support multi-year and multi-country programmes of civil society strengthening, including as an experienced MEL partner. We deliver high-quality training courses on both an open basis (in partnership with Bond) and using a bespoke, in-house model tailored to the client’s needs. Additionally, we produce and maintain a wealth of free, open-access resources for the use of civil society organisations, wherever they are.
