Rosemary works as the campaigns officer for the political, legal and planning team at Friends of the Earth. She leads the strand of work on defending the freedom for organisations to campaign and advocate, as well as supporting political activity across Friends of the Earth.
Before joining Friends of the Earth, Rosemary completed a Masters in Environment, Politics and Globalisation at King’s College London, where she was also involved in a student group campaigning for the university to divest from fossil fuels.
Her Masters thesis explored the influence of grassroots environmental campaigning groups on green politics in the UK, and she combines a passion for social justice and activism with her interest in the environment and issues of environmental inequality.
